MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The singer has been able to make major international inroads into the Latin pop culture. Una Lady Como Tu (his 2016 hit) received the Colombian Kids Choice Award, 2017 Favorite Song. in Medellin, Sony distributed La Industria Inc. and released ADN as his debut full-length album. It reached the top 8 spot within the Top Latin Albums Chart. Vaina Loca was one of the Top Five hit for Ozuna as well as him the year following. Mala Influencia, released in 2020 by Noriel and his Dopamina album in the same year. In 2021, he sang a duet. He sang a duet 2021 along with TINI for her smash hit Maldita Foto. The 2023 album of 2000 which featured the smash hit La Bachata. Turizo came from a family of musicians his mother and older brother are both musicians. In his interviews, he's talked about the music he plays as a compulsory activity. As a child he learned how to play the saxophone, the ukulele, and piano. While his initial career goal was becoming a veterinarian for animals His brother Julian encouraged him to start studying singing with an instructor in Cuban. It transformed his life forever.
